Every order is accompanied by a sales document and a fiscal receipt for payment, quoting our Vat Registration number: MT21876522

Ordering Online

Malta & Gozo

Should you prefer to order from buzzermalta.com but are hesitant to divulge your credit card details we are giving you other options. If you live in Malta or Gozo, you may place your order by emailing us on info@buzzermalta.com or contacting us via telephone. Customer care will then contact you (same or next working day 7:30-18:00) and confirm your order.

Payment may be made by cash / cheque (issued by a local bank) or even credit card at our shop. This applies only to orders within Malta & Gozo.

Shipping / Delivery

No shipping and delivery available. Pickup from Shop for Local Customers only.

Returns

Should your order arrive at destination in an unsatisfactory manner or the book is misprinted / has missing pages / bad trim or in any other way defective kindly contact us on info@buzzermalta.com and we will remedy any justified complaint. You are kindly reminded not to send any item purchased back without prior approval. Buzzer will not be held responsible for any returns that are lost in transit, whether these have been approved or not. Returns will only be processed so long as they are accompanied by the relevant approval notice.

Exchange / Refund

Buzzer Stationers does not refund in cash any purchase. Items purchased through buzzermalta.com or from our premises may be exchanged after having received authorization from our offices. Kindly contact us for further clarification.

Pricing

Prices shown on the website are in Euro. The price is inclusive of VAT, in Malta currently rated at 5% for books and 18% for cards, gifts, stationery and electronic equipment.

All employees at Buzzer Stationers are informed about privacy guidelines. We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law.
